This modern duplex penthouse is situated at the South end of the Pierhouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park, with views across the East River to Manhattan and New York harbor.
The owner had the foresight to buy this unique space from the developer as a finished white box. We were then commissioned to completely re-fit the space, including a two story cantilevered staircase and the private roof terrace.
